Privacy and access

Your application stays within your authorized workspace.

Your Google account identifies you when you sign in. KFA uses account permissions and access records to protect your application workspace.

Use your own account

Only authorized accounts can enter. Choosing the staff sign-in button does not give staff permissions. Contact your Parent Engagement worker if your access needs to change.

Keep sensitive information out of email

Application notices should direct you back to the portal. Do not reply with identification numbers, medical information, background records, signatures, or other sensitive documents.

Get help or report a concern

Contact your KFA Parent Engagement worker through your existing agency contact or invitation. If you see another person’s private information, stop using that screen and report the issue without forwarding or copying the information.
